Hope he does better than http://imtranslator.net/ which makes that sign "cystitis retards".
Conversely cyclists dismount becomes "beicwyr oddi ar y beic" which I can't see a trace of on that sign in.

A translation clearly done by someone who didn't knbow Welsh but was unable to read as well!

Llid y bledren does mean bladder infection - and I suppose cystitis is not that far from cyclists in the dictionary.
Dymchwelyd means to destroy or throw off - possibly throw someone from their horse/mount.
