We have pulled our first raddish up today, plump little devils, we normally have these on salads or to chew on as a snack, one of the girls down the allotment says she lightly fries them and has them as a vegatable I have never heard of this way of eating them before as we have a few comedians on our allotment I think I might be getting wound up as we call it up here has anybody tried them this way or any other ideas

Well they can be sliced and stir fried with other vegetables if you want to add a slight peppery kick to your dish as well as slicing them and cooking them with mushrooms in omelettes for example.
