After taking off the recoil starter and associated tinware what size or sort of puller should I get to be able to remove the bowl shaped flywheelK

It's a non-sparker so I need to get at the points.

If it is anything like the few times that I have had to do this job I found that a few taps with a wooden mallet or hammer and wooden block would do the job. The flywheel was on a tapered shaft and loosened quite easily. Some of these are cast iron so don't strike it directly with a metal hammer otherwise it will crack.
