To anyone on the forum that wished they were getting a Happy Valetines greeting, and for what ever reason, they are not, i'm sure the whole forum would like to wish them one.

OH and Alan what nice wishes. My OH and I dont do Valentine's day, I do make a nice meal, tonight I made Stuffed aubergine with lamb and pine nuts by Yotam Ottolenghi and Sami Tamimi. Absolutely delish.Then we opened a lovely bottle of Prosseco. I hate all the expence for one day we express our love every day we dont need to spend stupid money once a year. Sorry rant over.
