I've been stupid and thrown away my brocolli seed packet! They are only seedlings right now, but how much room do I need to allow for them in my veggie patch? I think I've got about 20 seedlings.
Any help much appreciated!!!
how big will it get?

Recommended distances are 45cm (18 inches) for purple and white sprouting and 30cm (12 inches) for calabrese.
Having said that, in my first year I planted at about 9 inches the caterpillars made lace curtains out of the plants by the end of the summer, but they survived the winter and produce more leaves, seeming growing through the worst of the weather and produced a good crop in March. The only problem was NOT picking the tiny heads as they were growing. I also did not have the patience to wait for a second flush of heads as the ground space was required for something else.
