Plenty of watering and feeding with a tomato feed, Arnie. It also depends on the variety, not all varieties are as large as the usual shop-bought ones.

Are you growing them inside/outside pots/beds? What variety are the Sweet Peppers?
I find all peppers a bit strange. Reading about them suggests 5 litre/9" pots, I've rarely tried them that big usually using 3 litre/7". My plants are never as big as ones you see pictures of from time to time. So last year I thought, if they want bigger pots what will happen in greenhouse beds? So I grew pairs of plants side by side, one in my usual pot size one in the border and if anything the pot grown plants were bigger.
This year all my peppers, hot and sweet, are doing really well in 3 litre pots. We have eaten quite a few and some chillies are now turning red. I put it down entirely to us having a summer. I water them well every morning and lightly in the evenings of hotter days and feed them twice a week with Bumper Feed Tomato Fertiliser. They are in home made JI style compost made from soil, leafmould, horse manure and sand.

TIme. Give them a bit longer. I wouldn't expect to be picking any quite yet.

Probably won't be ready to harvest until mid-Aug onwards if inside. September if outside. Outside won't produce as many fruit either.

Feed weekly and water probably daily.
