Regards
Bill

They should produce small yellow flowers which then turn into lantern shaped green pods containing the fruit. These take quite a while to ripen and turn papery with an orange fruit inside when ripe.
They make large plants and can take over a small greenhouse. Perhaps your plants aren't mature enough yet. Don't over feed them or they will just put on new growth rather than flowers. I find one plant produces plenty of fruits and they don't need another for pollination. They are also quite easy to over-winter in an unheated greenhouse with a covering of fleece if the weather is really cold.

It may still be a little early to see flowers. You may need to hunt around a bit for them, even so. Fruits don't form until quite late into the season. The plants can grow to be huge, it has to be said — a bit too big for the average greenhouse, in my view.
