Hi, I am thinking of planting a Ribston Pippin bush apple tree this autumn, does anyone grow this variety? If so any comments would be most appreciated, Regards Ian.

I've not grown it but we used to have an old tree at home and my father used to like it. I think it is supposed to be a Northern Cox. You will have to check you have suitable pollinators as I think it is a bit fussy. I assume you have looked at the various databases for details - I often refer to Keepers Nursery:
