I note in another gardening magazine the above. This comes into effect this September for ponds, includes bottles of extract to clear garden ponds of algae. :x

Oh for heavens sake, what next will they come up with? Why can't the EU do something useful for once and produce a set of accounts that the auditors can actually sign off instead of wasting their time on issues like this? wonder the public at large are completely contemptuous of all politicians. :twisted: :evil:
