I note in another gardening magazine the above. This comes into effect this September for ponds, includes bottles of extract to clear garden ponds of algae.

Oh for heavens sake, what next will they come up with? Why can't the EU do something useful for once and produce a set of accounts that the auditors can actually sign off instead of wasting their time on issues like this? wonder the public at large are completely contemptuous of all politicians.
