The birds of Mexico City seem to have taken his advice to heart and put it into practice

No he hasn't told the birds he consults them before making his decisions.

I'm slightly off topic as normal, but i have three things that do annoy me.
One is chewing gum on paths, the other one is thrown away Fag butts, and the third and most annoying is, people spitting in public.
