Hi Everyone,

Can anyone tell me whats wrong with my toms, there is nothing wrong with the taste but were calyx is its hard !!!

Some tom's are like that, have a look at a beefsteak tom! I should just cut round it and slap it on the bread!

Possibly due to uneven watering? Too much rain and then lack of it? It does tend to harden tomato skins. But as long as the flavour's OK, it's best just to ignore it.
