Office pepper plant.

A colleague is trying to nurture a chilli peper plant on our third floor, air-conditioned offices eastern window.
He's had three decent green chillis off it and is feeding it dilute Baby Bio for tomatoes, lists peppers on the label.
However he is worried the plant is ailing, see attached photo.

peter, judging by the photo I'd suggest that there's a touch of nutrient deficiency/chlorosis showing between the leaf veins (the pale areas), plus possibly some red spider mite - the pale flecks on the leaf surface. To be sure of the latter you'd need to look on the leaf underside for any sign of tiny mites moving around and/or any sign of fine webbing. If there's no sign, it's probably just how the leaf surface is reflecting the light.
I'd repot and/or be more generous with the liquid feeding, choosing one that contains magnesium, and maybe also give a foliar feed (wet both sides of the leaf) with liquid seaweed to perk it up. Nothing will reverse the yellowing at this stage, but new growth should be healthier.
