My pentland Javelin sown march 17 th under plastic are quiet tall. They are not showing any flowers although the foliage is very healthy. Is this normal for this variety, and should the crop be ready for harvesting.

Hello BJ
I have been harvesting Foremost pots from a frame for a couple of weeks. There are almost no flowers on the plants. The best way to check on what's happening with your PJs is to scrabble about in the soil below the foliage to see what you can pull out. This causes very little damage to the plant and means you can just take what you need each day - it allows the smaller pots to grow on for a bit longer.
