His chest is not big enough for so many medals - but I expect Camilla will help out. I'm not for or against the monachy but I do think the Queen is an excellent role model - hope I get to her age with my facilities intact. Wouldn't mind the opportunity to upset the odd PM as well!

Excellent pic Geoff.
Snooky, practice is essential and you can improve the multitasking. In winter I keep in trim by drinking beer and watching rugby, if beer is in short supply I can drink wine and watch cricket. My flexibility is considerable.
