The Next Ice Age or maybe not?

As an amateur gardener, meteorologist and astronomer I have a keen in interest in climate, which is always changing, albeit on far longer time-scales than we humans can easily comprehend. So I found the following quite fascinating, particularly the comments about the views of meteorologists in the 70's and the Greenland ice core data.
