Just been out to gather vegetables, to find most of the garden under several inches of water. An empty bucket left outside last night had a good six inches in it...
A noisy old night it was.. have postponed a shopping trip as they are slow here to clear fallen trees etc and there is more high wind due today.. One week it took six days for a fallen branch to be cleared. Sure it was only blocking half the road!
