Just opened an e-mail from KG Zeddit folk with a recipe for this. It looked so colourful & I thought actually it could be a good way to preserve some. Chard I like, but the stalks can be a bit bland but they take up other flavours well.
Unfortunately I have no decent stems left as been harvesting all winter, but hope I remember this later in the year when the new lot are grown.
