Dear Nature's Babe, i think that we are only at the tip of the iceberg, when it comes to undiscovered treatments in plants.
Kind Regards, Old Herbaceous.

Hi NB

The word you omitted is "may"

The search for more effective cancer treatments may soon harness the healing power of the Autumn crocus.

It would seem it is pretty well developed Alan, as it has been tested on mice, the results published, and they are poised for clinical trials. I did post
the link which everyone is able to read and there was no intention to mislead anyone, as it's quite clear from the article.

Herbal needs care of course. I have M.E and many said that St John's Wort was great, so I started taking it. After a while I ran out of it and suffered appalling headaches ie withdrawal.

It has made me very wary.

It has been withdrawn here in Ireland, as have many herbal things.
