Thank you very much for your birthday wishes. I am still sitting in bed having had my breakfast brought to me with a cup of coffee and making the decision what to do today. A very very rare occurance. We were supposed to be going to the Westmoreland Show but, due to the weather we have decided to cancel that idea. Too wet to garden at the plot, now on to idea no. 3

Happy Birthday Catherine, a pity the sun don't shine. Still, as you say, there's always idea No3. BTW, what IS idea No3?

Happy Birthday, Catherine, belatedly!

Out to lunch Freddy, thank you Westi and Monika, it is never too late to wish someone a happy birthday Monika, but my daughter in law has managed to, my son has rung just now but is very busy and is now off to the gym so wont be able to drop my card off. Mmmm nothing changes with some people.

My daughter and grand daughter have been round with cards and presents and it was lovely. My OH is in the middle of cooking our evening meal.
