I shouldn't have mentioned the sunshine - feeling picked on this morning in the persistent drizzle.

She's got a lot of work on at the mo so you'll have to put up with Peter and me for now.

Beautiful day. Airways busy this evening, 2 balloons, 2 microlights and a butterfly.

Dear Elaine, i bet who ever supplies Lidl with the marmalade will be getting all excited that people must love their marmalade, with the increase in sales.
If only they knew it was only for the jars.

Except on the East coast which is down for cloudy grey...and the gardeners are booked to do some decorating
Can't take away the day we had yesterday though...blue sky all day, warm...and shirt sleeves from early on..
It was the first open day of the year and the the Daffodils in the Orchard were just right...and the "wildflower area" with Daffodil, Anemone and more Primroses than ever..looked stunning....
.....gravel paths looked quite good too..we had been raking them all morning.
Clive.

Dear Clive it's amazing what displays Mother Nature puts on for us, with a little help from us gardeners of course.

Another glorious day - warm and sunny - here. So much for wet Wales
Got all the potatoes planted yesterday. Restful day today - shopping in Bangor
More sun forecast up to and over the weekend. Should bring out the plum blossom. None last year at all

Plenty showing now, even on the golden gage which has not flowered once in seven years.

...by the way OH, could you change your avatar to something more springlike, or are you gripped in perpetual winter in Bedfordshire
Makes me shiver every time I see it.
