The situation is the reverese at our mansion....It is my Governor who doesn't often replace the toilet roll, never brings in another bottle of milk when the current one is empty plus other similar irritants

Like OH I admit to being almost perfect

I am having lessons in multi-tasking too 8)
I am in my own little world, ...it's OK, ...they know me there!

I'm mostly clearing up the house today and replenishing stocks after husband has been home alone for 3 days. He's managed to locate spare loo roll, but milk, bread etc.. proved a stretch too far

I've been away visiting a supplier in Italy. Sounds good eh? cept....

 boss told me she has it all planned and to be at her house for 7.30am so we could drive to airport. Great but when I get there she then reveals our flight leaves at 9.50am. Check-in closes 40 mins before. Journey at least 2 hours assuming normal weekday traffic on M40 & M25 and there are roadworks
 Needless to say missed flight and had to sit in Stanstead all day until we could get a flight at 5.30pm.
 get to Pistoia (near Pisa) really late - miss dinner
 belt round acres of Italian nursery next day in p*****g rain trying to get stuff bought and tagged
 flight back to UK is lunch-time next day, so only have an hour or two before spending most of this day in airport waiting for delayed flight and getting back home

Hello Herby

Well, the offending peggie is now removed. My dentist was a 23 year old slim blonde, wearing red stilletos. Gorgeous looking girl who qualifies in May. She didn't want to cut my gum as the roots were in an awkward place and it could have damaged other teeth. So, it took her half an hour to pull it out. In the end, her supervisor (a 6'5" ex rugby player)took out the last bit. He told me "you may feel a slight difference in pressure now!) :o

I'm now swollen on the inside of my mouth and, this morning, my face has swollen out a bit more too. It was aching more today but I was in Grockies last night chatting with The Scaly One. I'm more quiet today and my family all think they've gone deaf

So, all done and dusted.

How's everyone else today? It's p****** down here and freezing cold.
Lots of love

Lizzie

Dear Lizzie, glad it's out and you are on the mend. :)
Do you mean your dentist was wearing just red stilletos and nothing else, what a thought.

Hope you and Gockie found plenty to talk about.

I have to say it's a most pleasant day here, but there again they always are. :D
Kind Regards, Old Herbaceous.

BAD HERBY< slap slap.........

She was fully clothed...i'm saying nothing about the ex rugby player though

Grockie and I have always something to talk about. I got there at about 7.30pm and it was gone 11pm when I got home. Time just flies by (and the scales if she twirls round too quick)

She was still smarting cos youngest Grocklet had just beaten her at Scrabble 8)
Lots of love

poor Liz,she looked sore yesterday, but never shut up all night  nothing new there!!
Take no notice about getting beat at scrabble-i let him win,my little un has been falling behind at school and i have been ranting and raving at the doc, saying he is deaf----well as it turned out,he was because of glue ear,now had grommits done and he is working hard at the old reading and stuff, hence scrabble and countdown for xmas,he is still on 3 letter words,im on 5 at a push
The story of Liz at the dentist and O.H asking did she have only red stilletoes on reminded me of a film i once saw.kinda simmila to O.H idea of a dentist except it was the man who had no clothes on and he was not pulling things out of the young ladies mouth
As you can guess,i was very confussed and now dread going to my dentist incase the film pops into me head.   and once it did,and the dentist had to let me wait in the other room as i couldnt stop laughing---he thought i was just nervous

Mmmmm, I've seen a couple of films like that, Grock. One of them featuring lots of tennis rackets and no clothes....
And my fine young man's granny used to say he would meet nice young ladies if he joined the local tennis club...I DON'T THINK SO!!!
