Freecycle around here is good, but no acrylic greenhouse sheeting yet!!!

I take it freecycle is a website thingy.

If you sign up to it OH you get a lot of e-mails. about half a dozen a day usually, offering varying free goods, from a shed to a second hand dishwasher or some roof tiles etc. The only thing you are expected to do is the same, if you have anything surplus you can offer it too, but there is no limit to what you can receive, or donate. Type in Freecycle and your region into google and see what comes up.

Cheers for that Compo, but i think i better give it a miss, as i have already got a lot of that useful stuff thats bound to come in one day.

Spare a thought for the poor people of Moscow! Normal temperatures -30C now a balmy 7C and they don't know how to cope with the lack of snow, frost and sunshine!!
First daffodils out today here along the road on a south-facing bank. Daisies doing well too. Up in North Berwick over Christmas/New Year and amazed at how many plants still in flower.
My Magnolia is looking ominously as if it is about to burst forth!

Primrose's I put on the bank at the top of my plot are in full flower.
