ive dusted off a bottle of blackberry, couldnt find any sprout, must have all evaporated cos nobody over 18 would be daft enough to pinch it :twisted:

Well not a lot, the rain here has been incessant, but yesterday in between showers I had to change my pond pump, which was a pain.

Today I briefly visited the lottie and picked a cabbage, two swede, a lovely italian franchetti lettuce (spelt right I think) and some toms, the pickings are lessening me thinks. Don't fancy a glass so got a nice cuppa instead.

I am also doing a bloody essay, so far in my career I have got four wretched lots of letters after my name which I never use, now I have to do another qualification to make me the same as my european social work colleagues, bah humbug................critical career review...............case study..........6,000 words in all.....hence the caffeine...............but hey will pour a glass when cracker is on later. Gilbert and Sullivan on radio 2, very jolly for a sunday.

PS looks like me and you Jopsy and Chantal (preparing for a text crescendo later eh Chantal)

my god i avnt been on the puter since last sunday and i have just found this thred.i have just had to run in the living room to find out what the date is and tonight is the bloody night.well since chantel would like a more up market affare i have just finished making scones and the q.cumber sandwiches,the t.pot is warming up as i speek.now darlings i must run up the stairs and fish out my ballgown and tiara and i am even going to wear me knickers since its such a posh do. :wink:
i will be on line after nine as i have to see to the staff as i have given them the night orff!
