A heavy rain shower for the last 10 minutes and still going. Longest rain for months

Lots of good heavy showers here today.
A few weeks ago some stables belonging to a man who has worked with horses all his life burned down. Thankfully he got the horses out just in time, and they have been stabled down the road about a mile away, while the stables were rebuilt. Today I looked out of the window and saw him in the pouring rain, leading the first of the horses home. It brought a tear to my eye.
