Took the Max/Min out of the GH tonight just to see what the temp was. 10pm was -6C. Hope it thaws as forecast tomorrow.

Just reliving half-forgotten pleasures! How wonderful to go out at 5.30 and be wrapped in still, warm air
Preparing to make the best of two mild days. I might be able to get some water through the frozen hosepipe to water the polytunnel full of gasping salads and brassicas which have been half wilting, half hibernating for nearly three weeks now. And I won't need to carry buckets of hot water to the hens and ducks for a day or so

Good morning OH. I have been up since 4.30am and the temperature in our garden in 5 degrees
We are supposed to see much warmer temperatures for the next couple of days and then back to the cold weather.
