A very Happy Christmas to you all.
Now I'd better get preparing all those
homegrown sprouts, leeks, potatoes, parsnips, carrots .......... . You can't beat it!
Then a glass (or two) of homebrewed rhubarb, elderflower or elderberry wine.

I must say, as you can see from the picture, this year the meat is slightly more under-done than i'm used to.
