Glancing through my RHS Organic Gardening book by Sue Stickland and Pauline Pears I read that the typical size of an allotment is 30 x 11 m (100 x 36ft) and that a medium-sized garden is about 30 x 17 m (100 x 56 ft)!! Makes me wonder about some of the advice.
