Speaking as someone that is currently buying a house, I wouldn't be in the slightest bit interested in the HIPS pack, as it is a sadly watered down result of what may once have been a good idea. I'm not sure it's worth your money...

having looked at it today mr p i think i'm of the same mind!
our house is easy to find on most web searches-the price seems approp for the area looking at similar props-we did go for the lower valuation which was some 15,000 more than our asking price!
just appears no one wants a 3 bed cottage atm!
it's a shame because we have seen the pefect house not far from here but sadly it will be snapped up if we can't find a buyer-in which case i suppose it wasn't meant to be
