I am a computer ignoramus but did manage to post pictures. Once you have the picture on your computer sign up with the web site 'my photos' and copy your picture to there.

Write your message and then link it to the picture you have placed on the 'my photo' site. ( I think!)

In Photobucket click onto 'edit' and choose the option you want...I find that a reduction of 75% is about right

Yes that's it 'photobucket' not 'my photos', my memory is not very precise.
