If you go out of Newton town centre on the Totnes Road, you'll pass a lovely row of Alms Houses on your left, then a park on your right. As you go round that corner a little further there's a Lodge House to the park estate on your right, and a road off to the left, which is Old Totnes Road, which goes back on itself in a sort of triangle to join the road to Totnes again, you'll see !!
No. 1 (Cleedon House, as my Dad named it) is at the top of old Totnes Road on the left.....
Go see if you don't believe me !...
