I don't watch Top Gear, but they seem to spend all their time promoting high end, high octane forms of transport. Perhaps they should run a competition for the most inventive types of green transport which don't require any fuel. I reckon that bicycle/wheelbarrow would be a good contender.

Certainly that design is in with a good chance.
Nearly all the weight is carried by the central wheel, a bit tricky for semi or fully liqued loads, concrete for example, and it needs to be a balanced load side to side.

I do wish, though, that the wheelbarrow makers wouldn't put a cross bar between the handles under the wheelbarrow body, because I like to turn the EMPTY wheelbarrow round by putting my knee underneath it and swing it round - but that is rather painful with a crossbar!
