You are really lucky Piglet6. Make the most of it. I'm thinking of getting rid of the fish pond (only me not my OH) and making a veg bed. My OH and my grand daughter are completely against this idea. I hate frogs ( I stood on one as a child with no shoes on :shock: so I cant stand them in any form. We have a lot of frogs. We have just relocated a toad (same problem) to a friends pond, it was a really noisy one too. :D Our frog spawn goes to other peoples ponds. (I cant be cured) :wink: :( I want to move house and find a cottage with a larger garden unfortunatley there is nothing locally so, at the moment we are staying here so we are making the most of what we have got. I have a lovely herbaceous border which I have worked on for many years. I love herbaceous plants and would love bigger beds.
