Or "planting" when "sowing" is meant. Plants are planted, seeds are sown.

Allotment holders who are given warnings for the state of the plot, who then put in a couple of hours, look busy and dash off and then do nothing until the next letter comes through.

And then committee's who take this a fresh start and keep them on site when there are waiting lists..............why should I care they are not even next to me on the plot. It does not seem fair when there is a waiting list.

The forerunner to Grumpy old men and women was 'Mr Angry' on the Steve Wright show, he would have it sorted that's for sure.
If I am not on the plot, I am not happy.........

Sorry Compo, but you've just named one of my least favourite things / people: Steve Wright :(

Second on my list: public toilets where, having washed your hands, you can't leave without having to open a door inwards, which means using the handle that has been touched by all those people who couldn't be bothered to wash theirs. :x In my experience, this seems to be all public toilets!

The dumbing down of the English language with the over-use of the more obscene swear words in public:and substituting words such as"gonna","gunna",and "sorta" for the proper words. :x :x :x
