I sent for one on a years trial........it turned over my full allotment,even the paths I had walked on,then I sent it back lol.....you can still get them on a years trial if you go to the mantis web site.these little machines are a stroke of genius and free for a year

Yep but theres no problems sending it back.as long as you insure it

It cost me a tenner via the post office.

£10 for a years hire .not bad

Did you have any intention of buying one?

I feel sure that the 12 month offer was made in good faith and that if you bought one, used it for 12 months, and if you are then not happy with it you can return it and get your money back.

You were clearly very happy with it.

Mantis kept their side of the bargain.

mantis will be well aware that they will get a few returned and the reasons why they come back, any way if mantis have a stock of unsold machines its an easy way to borrow money for nearly twelve months and they can sell on the returns , probably for arround the origional cost to them, every one wins :D not only the "clever" hirer
