On 11th January I planted Russian tomatoes x3 under a growlight in a heated popagator - first time I have used a growlight. Moved to kitchen window 20th Feb.Moved to greenhouse (paraffin heater nighst - until end March) end March.

Transplanted to final pots 11th April.
Now 65cm tall with second lot of flowers coming.

Minimum greenhouse temperature 4C.

(They are a hardy large tomato... Nicholaevna (sp?) ).


Note: I have to use a moustrap now.
Mouse trap already caught one mouse as mice seem to love eating tomatoes and young French Marigolds...
