Good morning Brenjon, i must admit i do like parsnip, we make a lot of soup out of them as well.
Like Johnboy they are spaced at about nine inches apart.
And people are very grateful of a gift of one, as they are one of the vegatables that you really can taste the difference compared too bought ones.

Wel I compost all the above in a wormery with no problems... (grapefruit and all...) Are Staffordshire worms tougher or is the general advice on what worms will not eat just cow excrement?

As a former Scot the thought of paying more than £10 on a compost bin makes me feel all unwell!
