You surely can't expect me to eat SPROUT vol-au-vents? Give them to your dog and you'll have a GREAT night!
I'm in serious need of sleep and am now on the hot chocolate, the fire is blazing and I'm yawning my head off. I'm the first person to admit I never have been a party person and unless something really exciting happens (eg Piglet doing the Full Monty with Trousers) I may just nod off in the corner.

I'm also trying to watch the Christopher Lloyd tribute on BBC2 and it isn't on! What's going on? I thought it was on last week then it wasn't, then I read Chantal's post and excitedly ran to my TV (well, walked quickly) only to find Joe Swift wittering on about Christmas trees
. Arghhhh!
Oh, hope you're all having a good party everyone!
Cocoa sounds like a good idea.

I would rather stick needles in my eyes than eat a sprout Peter, but thanks for the offer. I'm still trying to come to terms with my disappointment over missing Christopher Lloyd again so cocoa is definitely in order.

Hello you lot, my outfit is easy to keep clean, but not the best for this time of year.
Peter, where did you get that picture of Lady lettuce, i've never seen her in that pose before.
I've bought a bottle of dark rum if anyone wants a slurp.

Herbie, welcome, please put some clothes on before you come in.
I think I've got some lemons and demerera sugar, so I'll put the kettle on and we can make a nice hot toddy?
As for the pose, well, what can I say.

Now now Peter, you're getting a bit familiar calling me sugar.
I've come dressed as Fanny Craddock. I just saw a programme of hers tonight and couldn't quite believe how high up her forehead she used to draw her eyebrows!
I'm hoping I may start a new fashion.
Cocoa's lovely, honey.

Lucky i bought my wellies with me then, there not a nice green colour like someone elses though.
While we are on about wellies, all that trouble you had finding a nice fitting wellie, are you sure you were putting them on the right foot.
A hot toddy, now thats something i haven't had in a long time.
Gosh doesn't Chantal snore loudly.

Hello.
I'm back from the Carol Service and mulled wine festivities.
Jenny - the Christopher Lloyd programme was on at 8pm, not 9pm. I'm sure they'll repeat it. I set the Sky Box to record it, so I hope I did so correctly.
As for my fancy dress - it's yellow.
Lyndon's made us some mince pies and chocolate brownies.
Today's joke.....
Nurse: "I've spent hours putting up the Christmas decorations in the ward and now I've got a sore throat."
Doctor: "That'll be tinselitis then."
