Hi Clive & Richard - all the links are now properly connected thanks to your joint help. The governor spring is now properly attached to the gov arm & the bellcrank now re-adjusted to sit neatly under the end of the gov arm ........ a result!
I tried the engine once I'd come to terms with the reversed hand control ("f" closes the throttle!) but guess I also have a fuel-supply problem because it'll run for a few seconds then dies. However the linkage issue that I needed help with is, I'm
confident, solved & I do thank you for all your patience & experise!
