There is room for both types of article, they are not mutually exclusive.
You have given a very good example of what I probably know more about than any other active member of the forum as I have spent the last 17 years at it, before then I was selling off surpluses.I could tell you quite a lot about box schemes, Farmers Markets, packaging, importance of presentation and so on.

Allan, there is indeed room for both types of article and I indeed defer to your years of knowledge re box schemes and other aspects that have involved your livelihood.

The request however was clear and to the point with what it wanted. Volunteers to generate short articles for no payment other than the glory of doing it.
