I have 2 copies of Sophie Grigson's Grow Your Greens book, actually written by Joy Larcom. In my opinion that is the best TV vegetable series ever. I still refer to it for some details.I got most of the programmes on tape, video8 unfortunately and I am at present without a means of playing them so as to copy to DVD which I still intend to do.
Kevin, on any questionnaire it is sound practice to add to each question a space for putting in options that have not been catered for e.g. "other".I can see the difficulty created by using a pre-arranged format but at least allow several options to be ticked.

He can't Allan. Have a go at setting one up yourself and you'll see the problem. You can give a title and the options with an end date for the poll and that's your lot.
