Chantal, thank you for your kindness, but the reassurance that you are continuing the treatment is enough for me, I do not actually need to see you keep the appointment.

HI All

I noticed the postings regarding the polytunnel compeition and thought I had better put you all out of your misery. The winner was a Mr H Boyes from Leeds, so unless you are that gentleman you can use the plot you were saving for the tunnel for some winter veg instead.

Sorry we are behind with winners in the magazine, but if space is tight for features it tends to be the thing to go first to make way. Hope to have some more winners in the November issue.[/img]

I have yet to see any competition, giveaway, special offer, free seeds etc in the magazine worth my while, if the seeds are any good to me I will already have an enormous quantity of Moles seeds to last me 3 years then throw away the other 90% plus as time expired.
Nectar points are about the only thing that would be of use.
The most useful thing I ever got from a magazine was a green basket from BBC Gardeners World. It came as a flat pack.4 large punnets or 8 small ones fit exactly, fortunately I was later able to purchase another 15 and they are standard here for harvesting small fruit.
How about a freee pen, National pen company could probably fix that, it might even be possible to get one for marking labels.

Thankfully then Allan the other 99.99% of us would look upon a free polytunnel as a wonderful thing.

I tell you what, you enter the comps and if you win I will swap you your prize for a pen for marking your labels.

The polytunnel winner is Mr H Boyes, Leeds. They could at least give his full address and postcode so we could go round and pinch it!
