I dont know about your pot belly but mine has shrunk 10lb in two weeks as I am doing a "pigathon" diet at work, only 6 weeks left to go then I can eat chocolate again.

The rhubarb and chilli compote sounds good. We have a few to put out as well to spread all over my 2nd cousin or to put on the beef or turkey etc.

fair play, on the 10lbs you must have passed them to me. whats the formula?
