Ooh, Colin, you're maybe in the "never trust a skinny chef" camp. Well, I don't agree. For every fat chef you can name I can probably name a better slimmer one. And I'm not even as heavy as a seven stone weakling.
Who of these great chefs is fat? Heston, Michel Roux Jnr, Ramsay, Raymond Blanc, etc, etc. Yeah, I can think of one or two celeb chefs who are a bit chunky but a fat chef just sends me the message that they're not such great cooks or that they have no self-discipline and are just gannets.
