I just harvested some Framberries last night (a type of strawberry: curious? look up strasberry in Wikipedia), the plants were a gift last year and I just bunged them in a pot, not expecting much. Wow! A flavour explosion - vey rich and tasty. Very dark red, like you want a strawberry to look. Has anyone else tried these?

Yes I have them in my garden right now. Three special varieties: Pineberry, Framberry and Cherryberry

Honestly, the Cherryberry is advertised as cherry red but the fruits don't look quite like the image on the label. They don't taste any less though, but the white strawberries (Pineberry) when fully ripe tastes sweeter than any other!
