Quite how you found time to keep four full plots is beyond me.
The under-gardner and I only manage because a third of our space is soft fruit which requires less time than most crops.

One advantge is that you might find you have more room in your freezer going forward !

As we get older and gardening becomes more difficult the time will come when we will need to reduce the workload and, inevitably, downsize. I would focus on the crops of fruit and veg we enjoy the most and which produce the largest yield in the space available; a good example being anything which grows vertically such as runner and French beans. I am always impressed with the yield from potatoes grown in large pots. But fortunately, for now, we can still bend down to the soil.
