I wanted some fleece from a GC near Aberdeen last week, they told me all the garden "stuff" had been stored now till next spring, just a few plants and tons of Christmas and kitchen nicknaks.

20cm wide. Available in 10 mt roll or whatever length you require.
Yes P & P is £4.99 but stuff I've ordered in the past has arrived in 2 days.

There are bound to be other online suppliers , some perhaps with heavier GSM as well.

Try Amazon, a huge amount of suppliers in some cases free postage, if you're a prime member some products are free postage delivered next day.
