When I lived in Leeds there was a local roofing firm which traded under the name ADUXAS. But that was intentional rather than unfortunate!

There was always hilarity in the typing pool (a long time ago!) when someone had to write to Mr. Aaron Mycock.

My wife (an Educational Psychologist) had dealings with a boy named Robin.
What were his parents (Mr. and Mrs.Hood) thinking ?

And there was Isaac Hunt,a manager of a company,now gone,in Cardiff.Imagine him being called over the tannoy for the first time by the(female)receptionist!!
