I think you are so right, it does seem as if some of us on here know each other and yet we don't know people from Adam (or Eve
)
My approach is smile and some will smile with you, cry and most will not know what to do or say.
My case may be terminal but there are a lot of people out there who are suffering a lot more than I.
I consider that I have got off lightly compared to many others during the chemo treatment.
If I can help them smile and inspire them to fight their battle then my job will have been done.
