too boring !!
delicious food suit me more !! lol....
but health is very important as well while we are eating....
i want cate but want beauty and health as well........
work hard for it ...

I know the diet you are referring to I have two copies of a similar, but less monotonous diet that people have given me. Both of which state they work on a chemical basis. I can say I did one of them and lost an impressive 11lbs in one week although by day 6 I had gone past hunger and deciding to go on a strenuous walk was perhaps not my best idea. Post diet I put on 3lbs and the rest stayed off.
What I would say though is that weight loss is more complex than Drs would have you believe and is not all about insulin levels and GI foods.
Personally the best diet I ever did was Rosemary Connelly, the food is quick and easy to cook and very tasty. She also gives you portion pots which is I feel where most people fall down.
